Job summary

Rich Construction Company in Singapore seeks an experienced Risk Manager to oversee site risk matters, coordinating with Construction Managers and the Design Manager to implement safety policies and procedures on site.

The role leads Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment, prepares safety submissions, and drives Design for Safety (DfS) throughout the project lifecycle to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk management within construction projects.
• Strong understanding of workplace hazards and construction site activities.
• Ability to lead risk assessment discussions with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate with Construction Managers and Design Manager on site construction risk matters.
• Implement site management risk and hazard policy and procedures for safe works.
• Plan major construction methods and identify/assess works risk and hazard.
