Job summary

ELBIT SYSTEMS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced professional to lead on-site operations, coordinate system deployment, and serve as the main technical focal point for customers and stakeholders.

You will manage cross-functional teams, assess performance, and ensure project milestones are met. The role requires extensive experience in complex system integration, strong lifecycle knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience in complex system integration or engineering projects.
• Experience managing customer sites and field operations.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering lifecycle and configuration management.
• Experience in requirements analysis, verification, validation, and acceptance testing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel and support overseas deployments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading FAT, SAT, SWAT, GAT, or operational acceptance activities.
