BESTLINK CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a Site Supervisor in Singapore to coordinate and supervise workers across Architect, Structural and M&E scopes. You will manage multiple projects, assign tasks, liaise with contractors and attend site meetings, while maintaining safety and quality on the job site.

The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience, the ability to read drawings, strong leadership, planning and organizational skills, and a Class 3 license.

Qualificações

• Min 3 years relevant working experience.
• Must understand reading Architect, Structural & M&E drawings.
• Strong planning, organizing and project management skills.
• Leadership skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Independent and self-motivated.
• Class 3 license.

Responsabilidades

• Coordination and supervision of workers (Fully understand Architect, Structural, M&E).
• Handle multiproject assignments simultaneously.
• Provide schedules for workers.
• Assign tasks to construction laborers.
• Liaise with contractors, managers and other stakeholders to maintain coordination.
• Attend neighbor complaints and site meetings.
• Organize equipment and manpower to complete the project.
• Maintain safety and quality standards.
• Keep detailed records of site activities.
• Involve in site works and progress including site meetings.
• Check and study drawings before disseminating information to sub-cons and workers.
• Lead workers in structural work (concrete/rebar/formwork).
• Carry out inspection and casting.
• Ensure housekeeping and safety at site.
• Attend authority department as needed.
