Job summary

BLUE SKY BUILDER PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced site supervisor to assist the Project Manager in planning, monitoring, and delivering projects from inception to completion on time and to the required quality.

You will supervise site operations, coordinate with main contractors, and lead rebar and formwork teams to ensure safe, high-quality, and on-time delivery. Shift work and weekend duty may be required; mentoring new workers is expected.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years relevant experience in similar capacity.
Relevant certificates required by MOM to perform job responsibilities.
Proven ability to supervise and coordinate site workers and activities.

Responsibilities

Assist Project Manager to plan, manage and ensure on-time, quality project delivery.
Monitor and supervise site operations and workers.
Lead rebar and formwork teams to ensure safe, high-quality, on-time delivery.
Evaluate discrepancies at site and resolve issues.
Supervise day-to-day site works and coordinate with contractors.
Conduct site inspections and ensure work aligns with specs and schedules.
Manage and coordinate site works and workers; shift work and weekend duties may be required.
Hands-on involvement in formwork and rebar activities; coach and train new workers.
