in Singapore seeks a site supervisor to assist the Project Manager in planning, managing and monitoring projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and desired quality. You will supervise site operations, lead the rebar/formwork team, liaise with main contractors, conduct regular inspections, and ensure safe, high-quality work with shift and weekend duties as required.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in site supervision.
MOM-required certificates such as BCSS, Work-at-height, Formwork supervisor, Core trade.
Hands-on experience with formwork and rebar; strong safety mindset.
Ability to coach and train new workers.

Responsibilities

Plan, manage and monitor projects from inception to completion on time and of desired quality.
Lead and manage the rebar/formwork team to ensure safe, high quality and on-time delivery.
Supervise site works and liaise with main contractors to meet quality specs and schedules.
Conduct regular inspections and assess work performance of workers.
Shift work and weekend duty as assigned according to project needs.
Hands-on site duties for formwork and rebar.
Coach and train new workers to uphold safety and quality standards.
