Job summary

CGW Construction & Engineering (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced site supervisor to support Project Manager in planning, coordinating and overseeing construction activities on site in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years relevant experience with similar capacity.
• Relevant certificates e.g. BCSS, Work-at-height, formwork supervisor, Core trade, required by MOM to perform job responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager to plan, manage and monitor projects from inception to completion on time and quality.
• Assist to manage and monitor site operation, workers.
• Lead and manage the rebar/formwork team to ensure safe, high quality and complete-on-time delivery of organization's project.
• Evaluate and resolve discrepancies at site.
• Supervision of the siteworks on a day-to-day basis and issues relating to the project.
• Liaise with main contractors and ensure timely completion of all works according to quality specification and work schedule
• Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done by workers
• To manage, supervise and coordinate site works and workers
• Hands on for site works such as formwork & rebar practically
• Coaching and training for new workers
• Strong safe work awareness

Responsible for assisting to manage and monitor site operation, workers.
