Job summary

MIDAS ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned supervisor to oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with authorities and site requirements. The role involves coordinating with contractors, managing safety and environmental concerns, and supervising fabrication of steel elements both on and off site.

Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of construction experience, with preference for those who hold site safety certifications and contractor-site exposure.

Qualifications

• Site/work safety certifications would be an advantage.
• Contractor site work experience would be an advantage.
• Min 5 years of experience in construction.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and inspection to ensure that Contractor(s) comply with Authority's and agencies' requirements.
• Supervise all works, permanent & temporary, including Civil and architectural works.
• Coordinate with contractor(s) and relevant agencies/site partners for the work.
• Supervise fabrication of steel structural elements both on site & off site.
• Review & supervise safety, environmental and health matters.
• Supervise installation and monitoring of instrumentation.
• Verify & check quantity of work done for progress payment.
• Provide other services required.
