Job summary

JCVL PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned professional to supervise architectural and fitting-out works on major building projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance.

You will analyze site progress, maintain records, and resolve issues to support project success. The role requires a Diploma in Architectural or Civil/Structural disciplines, a BCSS certificate, and a minimum of 10 years as an RTO, including 8 years supervising complex works.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as a Registered Technical Officer (RTO).
• At least 8 years supervising complex architectural and fitting-out works on major buildings.
• Diploma in Architectural or Civil/Structural discipline from a polytechnic or equivalent.
• Certificate in Building Construction Supervisors' Safety (BCSS) course.

Responsibilities

• Supervise architectural and fitting-out works on major building construction projects to ensure quality and compliance
• Apply knowledge of statutory codes and site supervision requirements to enforce safety and construction standards
• Analyze site progress and prepare detailed progress reports for construction administration
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records documenting work progress and issues
• Proactively identify and resolve site issues to minimize delays and support team collaboration
• Communicate effectively in verbal and written forms to coordinate with project stakeholders and teams
