Job summary

A-STAR Testing & Inspection (S) PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced RTO with 8+ years in relevant roles, including at least 5 years supervising complex architectural and fitting-out works in major building construction.

The candidate must hold a Diploma in Architectural or Civil/Structural discipline and a BCSS certificate, and be proficient in statutory codes, QC procedures, site administration and progress reporting, with a proactive, team-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant RTO experience, with at least 5 years supervising works of similar complexity (architectural and fitting-out)
• Diploma in Architectural or Civil/Structural discipline from a Polytechnic or equivalent
• Certificate in Building Construction Supervisors' Safety (BCSS) Course
• Conversant with statutory codes and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedures, construction administration and progress reporting
• Competent in maintaining proper and updated site records on progress of works
• Pro-active in resolving site issues with good team spirit
