Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as a RTO, with at least 8 years supervising works of similar complexity (architectural and fitting-out in major building construction).
Diploma in Architectural or Civil/Structural discipline from a Polytechnic or equivalent.
Certificate in Building Construction Supervisors' Safety (BCSS) Course.
Conversant with statutory codes and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedures, construction administration and submission of progress reports.
