Job summary

Best NanoTech in Singapore seeks an experienced Silicon Validation & Characterization Engineer to plan and execute post-silicon validation and electrical characterization of SoC, MCU, ASIC, analog, and power devices. You will bridge design intent with bench and ATE results before qualification and production release.

Candidates should bring hands-on semiconductor lab and ATE experience, along with strong analytical and cross-functional problem-solving skills to work with design, test, firmware

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Computer Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• 2-10+ years of relevant semiconductor test, product validation, hardware, manufacturing-test or applications-engineering experience.
• Hands-on semiconductor laboratory, ATE and/or production-test experience.
• Strong analytical, debugging and cross-functional problem-solving capability.

Responsibilities

• Define post-silicon validation and characterization plans with design and product teams.
• Perform bench and ATE characterization across voltage, temperature, process and operating corners.
• Support first-silicon bring-up and functional/parametric debug.
• Validate analog, digital, power and/or high-speed interface performance.
• Automate measurements, data collection and analysis using scripting tools.
• Correlate bench measurements with ATE results and simulation expectations.
• Analyze failures and isolate silicon, board, package or test-program root causes.
• Support qualification, margin analysis and production guard-band definition.
• Create characterization reports, dashboards and release recommendations.
• Collaborate with DFT, firmware, validation, test and product-engineering teams.
