Job summary

Micron Technology, Singapore, is seeking an Engineer for NAND Silicon Design Validation to cover both pre-silicon concept development and post-silicon validation, collaborating with R&D and manufacturing to ensure product quality and performance.

The role requires a strong foundation in semiconductor physics and hands-on Verilog/Cadence experience, plus the use of AI-assisted tools to enhance engineering workflows and support the full product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Experience in validation, design validation, or circuit/device design in the semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and qualify new NAND Flash memory products.
• Define and validate product configuration parameters.
• Apply CAD tools and Verilog simulations for build verification and circuit analysis.
• Identify build marginalities and fix circuit-related issues.
• Perform electrical failure analysis to determine root causes of device issues.
• Use engineering benches and testers for device characterization and failure analysis.
• Support preparation of engineering samples.
• Integrate AI-enabled tools into daily work to improve efficiency and quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing AI-enabled enhancements.
