Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Power Integrity and Signal Integrity engineer to join the SIPI team. You will design and characterize high-speed signaling and power delivery networks across package, connector and board, enabling next-gen AMD products.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure optimal design decisions and efficient problem solving, while applying SI/PI modeling, measurement, and test methodologies.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in packaging, connector and board design for power & signal integrity.
• Experience in electrical modeling tools Cadence, Ansys HFSS, SIwave, ADS.
• Experience in high-speed signaling interfaces such as PCIe, USB, GDDR and DDR.

Aufgaben

• Electrical design and characterization of high-speed signaling and power delivery networks in AMD products covering package, connector and board.
• Communicate effectively with AMD teams and customers to ensure optimal engineering design decisions and efficient problem solving.
