Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Signal Integrity Engineer to ensure high-speed design integrity across package, board, and connector interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to optimize electrical performance of AMD products.

The role requires hands-on experience with VNA/TDR, high-speed oscilloscopes, and EM modeling. A BS/MS in Electrical or Microwave Engineering is required, with a hybrid work model in Singapore.

Qualifications

Bachelor or MS in Electrical or Microwave Engineering.
Experience in signal integrity design across packaging, PCB and connectors.
Strong communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

Design and analyze signal integrity for packaging, cable, connectors, and boards.
Use measurement tools like VNA, TDR, and high-speed oscilloscope.
Create test boards and fixtures and apply de-embedding methods.
Characterize analog and impedance and process s-parameters.
Knowledge of PCIe and DDR interfaces is a plus.
Knowledge of HFSS, SIwave, ADS or similar tools is a plus.
Apply electromagnetic theory and digital circuit analysis.
Collaborate across functions and sites.
Self-driven and able to work independently.
