Job summary

AMD Singapore's Power Integrity and Signal Integrity (SIPI) team is seeking an engineer to design and characterize high‑speed signaling and power delivery networks across package, connector and board levels. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and customers to optimize electrical design decisions and enable robust product performance.

The role requires hands‑on experience with SI/PI simulation, VNA/TDR measurement, and familiarity with PCIe, USB, GDDR and DDR interfaces.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred; experience in packaging, connector and board design.
• Experience with EDA tools Cadence, Ansys HFSS, SIwave, ADS.
• Experience with high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, USB, GDDR and DDR.

Responsibilities

• Design and characterize high-speed signaling and power delivery networks for AMD products (package, connector, board).
• Communicate with AMD teams and customers to ensure optimal electrical design decisions and problem solving.
