Job summary

Enggsol Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Planning & Scheduling professional to prepare and manage master schedules for tenders and projects. You will develop integrated schedules covering drawings, procurement, construction, tests, and logistics using Primavera P6, and establish baselines with resource loading.

Your role includes monitoring delivery timelines and reporting progress to the Project Manager. The ideal candidate will coordinate with Engineering and production teams, manage risks, and

• Prepares baseline schedule which includes resource loading using Primavera P6.
• Plan and monitor timely delivery of materials and equipment to support the production schedule
• Monitor and track the timely issuance of drawings by Engineering Centre to support the production schedule
• Monitor and report to Project Manager of project progress versus baseline, including issues and risks in a timely manner
• Identify delays and provide recovery schedule to Project Manager
• Creates job numbers for capturing of costs
• Generate progress and manhour report

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering fields
• Project Management Skills in the following areas: Planning scheduling and costing, Risk management, Manpower management, Customer Relationship management
• Candidates from Production Ops in yards or marine industry interested in switching to a planning role are welcome to apply
• Able to deal and communicate with people effectively at all levels on the ground, identify and manage issues, cost consciousness and urgency to get things done
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is advantageous, not a must.
