Job summary

The Blue Barrel Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior project scheduling professional in Singapore to develop and maintain robust project schedules in collaboration with the project team and suppliers.

You will prepare baseline schedules, capture resources and costs, and forecast progress to align turnover with the master construction program. The role requires 5–10 years of construction experience and mandatory proficiency in Primavera P6, ensuring timely material submissions and deliveries per

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Construction Management / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–10 years’ relevant experience in construction
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules in consultation with the project team
• Coordinate and obtain inputs from project team, contractors and suppliers to support the development of project programs
• Prepare baseline schedule which includes resources and cost loadings
• Work on progress forecast and prepare rolling program
• Update, track and report project progress against planned schedule
• Monitor and control progress to make sure that turnover and cost is in line with master construction program
• Ensure material submission and approval
• Ensure project orders and deliveries are in accordance to agreed schedules
