Job summary

APAR TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced SharePoint professional to provide L2/L3 support and administer SharePoint environments. The role includes monitoring health, troubleshooting sites, managing permissions and metadata, and supporting migrations.

The candidate will work with SPFx components, React, TypeScript, and REST APIs, while coordinating with infrastructure and security teams to resolve issues and deliver changes across development to production.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in SharePoint support, administration, maintenance, or development.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint On-Premises 2019/Subscription Edition and SharePoint Online.
• Experience in L2/L3 production support and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting SPFx solutions and implementing minor enhancements.
• Good understanding of SharePoint administration, permissions, search, content management, and migration activities.
• Ability to work with infrastructure, database, security, and business teams to resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online environments.
• Administer SharePoint farms, site collections, and SharePoint Online sites.
• Monitor system health, availability, and performance and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint sites, pages, libraries, lists, workflows, search, permissions, and user access.
• Manage site collections, permissions, security groups, content types, and metadata.
• Support backup and restore activities when required.
• Investigate issues using logs and Event Viewer.
• Coordinate with infrastructure and security teams to resolve production issues.
• Support migrations, content movement, and site restructuring using ShareGate or SPMT.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects in SPFx web parts and extensions.
• Implement minor enhancements using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Troubleshoot REST API, Graph API, PnP JS, and SharePoint API issues.
• Build, package, deploy, and validate SPFx solutions across dev, QA, UAT, prod.
• Maintain source code using Git/GitHub.
• Prepare technical documentation and SOPs.
