Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified Solution Developer or equivalent.
• 5+ years in software development.
• .NET, SharePoint, and cloud technologies proficiency.
• Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Document Management Systems.
• Strong troubleshooting across system and application levels.
• Stakeholder management and vendor coordination experience.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Automated testing: unit, integration, functional.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on system architecture and design decisions.
• Design and develop software respecting Agile and Waterfall processes.
• Investigate issues by scripting and SQL to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with BAs and QEs to elaborate stories, automate tests, and fix bugs.
• Coordinate CI/CD pipelines with deployment and DevOps teams.
• Estimate story effort during sprint planning.
• Convert acceptance criteria into automated unit tests.
• Support production environments and participate in after-hours rotation.
• Champion Agile practices, TDD, and refactoring.
• Participate in deployments across environments and coordinate with vendors.
