Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking an experienced IT professional to lead SharePoint administration, SQL Server management, and automation within a hybrid Microsoft environment in Singapore. The role emphasizes governance, security, and reliability across on-premises and cloud-based platforms.

The candidate will drive PowerShell automation, support high-availability configurations, and collaborate with security teams to ensure audit readiness and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 6+ years of experience with enterprise Microsoft collaboration and database platforms.
• Strong PowerShell scripting, automation, troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
• Experience with hybrid on-premises and cloud migrations and management.
• Microsoft certifications: M365 Admin / Azure Database Admin or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain SharePoint farms and site collections.
• Administer SQL Server environments supporting SharePoint and other apps.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate tasks.
• Enforce least-privilege access models and secure configurations.
• Implement proactive monitoring, alerts, and on-call support.
• Collaborate with security teams to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
• Perform RCA, document changes, and manage incidents/requests with SLA.
