Job summary

USER EXPERIENCE RESEARCHERS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced software developer to design and build enterprise solutions using a hybrid waterfall and Agile approach. You will work with business analysts and QA to elaborate stories, implement test automation, and resolve bugs.

You will collaborate with deployment teams to enable CI/CD pipelines, build and release automation, and support after-hours production issues. Strong .NET/SharePoint and cloud development expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer certification
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong proficiency in .NET, SharePoint, and cloud development
• Experience with waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Experience in Document Management Systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills across system and application levels
• Experience in stakeholder management and vendor coordination
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design and develop the software using hybrid waterfall/ Agile methodology.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues by developing SQL queries.
• Work closely with Business Analysts and Quality Engineers/application testers for user stories elaboration, test automation, bug fixes, etc.
• Work with the deployment/DevOps team on setting up continuous integration, build and release automation.
• Provide estimates for stories during sprint planning for Agile projects.
• Convert acceptance criteria into automated unit test cases.
• Support production issues and participate in duty rotation for after-hours support.
• Champion Agile technical practices such as test-driven development, pair programming and refactoring.
• Involve in application deployment to various environments.
• Work closely with vendors to integrate third-party solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders.
