Job summary

O Liner Technology Pte Ltd seeks a dedicated Project Manager to lead PUB sewer pipeline rehabilitation projects in Singapore, overseeing the full project cycle from planning to execution, ensuring progress, safety and regulatory compliance.

Coordinate with team members, consultants and clients, prepare progress reports and help implement ISO and WSH standards across the project site. Strong leadership, problem-solving and stakeholder management are essential to deliver quality outcomes on time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of local sewer rehabilitation project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree related to Built Environment from a BCA approved university or ACPC accreditation.
• Familiar with PUB requirements, site coordination and trenchless methods.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, execution and progress monitoring of PUB sewer pipeline rehabilitation projects.
• Liaise with team members, consultants, clients and stakeholders to coordinate and align site activities.
• Attend project meetings, audits and joint inspections with authorities and clients.
• Prepare and maintain accurate progress reports, submissions and documentation.
• Support the implementation and compliance of the company's WSH Management System and other ISO standards.
• Ensure that project activities adhere to required quality, safety and environmental guidelines.
