Pro-Matrix Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations & Service Lead in Singapore to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure timely delivery of technical services.

You will plan service schedules, manage a diverse service team, and ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and strong client relationships. This role provides exposure to vendor management, training, and continuous improvement initiatives across M&E systems.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure timely delivery of technical services.
• Plan, coordinate and execute service schedules and standby deployments to optimise manpower.
• Manage service team performance, including discipline, attendance, and safety standards.
• Ensure contractual obligations, service levels, and regulatory compliance are met.
• Provide prompt support during emergencies, shutdowns and recovery operations.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and briefings; ensure reporting and system updates (e.g., D365).
• Support testing, commissioning, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Coordinate procurement of parts and services and provide technical solutions to clients.
• Plan regular training sessions to upskill service/facilities engineers.
• Implement lifecycle replacement programmes for M&E equipment to support continuity and revenue targets.
• Conduct regular technical refresh reviews to keep systems reliable.
• Establish and maintain vendor relationships; manage SLAs.
• Supervise on-site vendors; ensure timely quality delivery of services.
• Prepare and submit quotations; obtain vendor quotations.
• Coordinate procurement of parts and services to support operations.
• Promote safety, operational excellence and service improvement.
• Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Manage client relationships; ensure service expectations are met.
• Act as primary client contact with updates and solutions.
• Gather client feedback for continuous improvement.
