Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years experience, with at least 1 year as a people manager.
• Lifecycle experience with aftermarket spare parts and replacement pumps preferred.
• Class 3 Driving Licence required.
• Strong troubleshooting capability.
• Ability to oversee work in industrial maintenance and service environments.
• Capacity to manage complexity while coordinating external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead service support activities and manage subcontractors.
• Develop and implement service procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Audit and review support data; drive continuous improvement.
• Provide training and development for staff; report performance to management.
• Manage and profitability of assigned customer accounts from inquiry to billing.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address complaints promptly.
• Analyze data to identify trends and drive decisions.
• Communicate changes in processes to teams and stakeholders.
