Job summary

Xylem Water Solutions Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks an Expert Field Service Technician to perform field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner.

You will troubleshoot advanced systems, work with electrical and mechanical components, and manage preventative maintenance and parts inventory. Eligible candidates have 3–7 years of technical experience, a Class 3 licence, and strong problem-solving and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical certificate, degree or industry license preferred.
• Class 3 driving licence required.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Customer service orientation and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and execute field service activities at customer sites safely.
• Troubleshoot complex systems and perform preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate with customers and possibly work across multiple systems/locations.
• Prepare reports and ensure proper parts inventory management.
• Lead/coach junior technicians as needed and maintain safety standards.
