You will welcome guests with warmth, provide attentive service, and draw on knowledge of our wine, cocktails, and contemporary dining to tailor recommendations. Collaborating with kitchen and bar teams, you will deliver a seamless guest experience, handle dietary requests, maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and contribute to monthly targets

Responsibilities

• Support opening/closing procedures and daily operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome and engage guests with warmth, confidence, and genuine hospitality.
• Provide attentive and personalised service throughout the guest experience.
• Take and deliver orders accurately, including special requests and dietary requirements.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of our menu, wine selection, and cocktail offerings to provide thoughtful recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and enhance the guest experience through relevant food and beverage recommendations.
• Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and service team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene throughout the restaurant.
• Support opening and closing procedures and other daily operational requirements.
• Contribute to team performance and monthly business targets.
• Uphold the service standards and unique spirit of temper. Wine Room & Lounge.
