Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Sensory Senior Specialist on a 6-month contract at our West Singapore site. You will develop final sensory reports to support product and technology development, and enable panel leads to operate autonomously in evolving roles.

Key duties include coaching panel leads, assessing capabilities, and transitioning technicians toward panel leadership. You will contribute to knowledge transfer and keep up with developments in sensory science.

Qualifications

• Develop final sensory reports to support product and technology development.
• Provide sensory support for innovation/renovation projects and technical releases.
• Coach sensory panel leads and assess capability for role evolution.

Responsibilities

• Actively apply appropriate sensory evaluation methodologies to projects.
• Analyze, interpret and generate final reports per format; present results if required.
• Develop and transition panel leads toward expert sensory specialists.
• Create training plans to close gaps and elevate panel leadership skills.
• Provide timely feedback to improve sensory panels and outputs.
• Share knowledge in Sensory network meetings and keep up with new developments.
