Job summary

Silicon Labs is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Planner to manage wafer fabrication, assembly, and test planning in support of customer demand. You will optimize inventory, lead supplier coordination, and mitigate supply risks across outsourced manufacturing partners.

The role requires strong planning, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with Demand Planning, Product Management, Operations, and Procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5-8 years of semiconductor supply chain or production planning experience.
• Experience supporting wafer fabrication, assembly, and test in fabless/outsourced environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute wafer fabrication, assembly, and test production to meet demand and capacity.
• Monitor daily WIP, production output, and shipment status with partners.
• Identify bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and supply risks; drive timely resolution with suppliers.
