Job summary

Silicon Labs is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Planner to plan and execute wafer fabrication, assembly, and test operations to meet customer demand. You will manage WIP, inventory, and supplier performance, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time delivery and optimized inventory levels.

The role requires 5–8 years in semiconductor supply chain, strong SAP/ERP experience, and familiarity with MES.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
5–8 years in semiconductor supply chain or manufacturing planning.
Experience supporting wafer fabrication, assembly and test operations.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, planning & inventory.
Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems; MES experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan, release, and monitor wafer fabrication, assembly and test production based on demand.
Monitor WIP, production output, and shipment status across partners.
Identify bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and supply risks; drive resolutions.
Manage supplier performance and communicate production priorities.
Coordinate with fabs, assembly houses, and test subcontractors.
Maintain inventory health for wafer, die bank, and finished goods.
