Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. in Singapore seeks an experienced security systems engineer to handle the engineering, configuration, integration, testing and commissioning of integrated security solutions from design to final handover.

You will work with project managers, construction teams, vendors and clients to deliver systems that meet project specs and industry standards, including Access Control, CCTV, intrusion, and related components. On-site deployment and global travel are expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in electronics, computer science, or related field.
5+ years in installation/configuration/servicing of security platforms.
Experience with enterprise security platforms (Lenel OnGuard, Genetec, etc.).
Good English, strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Handle engineering, configuration, integration, testing, and commissioning of security solutions.
Prepare technical documentation, drawings, manuals, and matrices.
Develop system architecture, device schedules, and specifications.
Ensure alignment of materials with project requirements and scope.
Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to monitor progress and support installation.
Perform FAT/SAT, pre-commissioning, and troubleshooting.
