Job summary

Eames Consulting is sourcing a senior cybersecurity leader to oversee security operations, incident response and the continuous improvement of defensive capabilities for a leading organisation. You will lead security operations across threat detection, monitoring and vulnerability management, spanning on-prem and multi-cloud environments, and partner with SOC teams on incidents and remediation.

The role requires 16+ years of experience, hands-on cloud/infrastructure security, and strong people

Qualifications

16+ years in cybersecurity with focus on SecOps.
Experience leading a cybersecurity or security operations team.
Hands-on in infrastructure and cloud security.
Experience with SOC/SecOps tools and security monitoring.

Responsibilities

Lead security operations covering threat detection, security monitoring and incident response.
Oversee infrastructure and cloud security across on-prem and multi-cloud environments.
Partner with SOC teams on incidents, investigations and remediation.
Provide security advisory to technology and business teams on new initiatives and changes.
Drive improvements to security controls and operational processes.
Lead, mentor and develop the cybersecurity team.
