Job summary

Eames Consulting, in partnership with a leading security solutions provider in Singapore, is seeking a Cybersecurity Operations Specialist to support day-to-day security operations, maintenance and incident response across enterprise environments.

The role requires hands-on expertise in endpoint, network security and IAM, with strong analytical skills and ability to lead engineers, coordinate with IT and vendors, and drive vulnerability management and security monitoring.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in cybersecurity operations, security maintenance or similar security environment.
• Hands-on knowledge across endpoint security, network security and IAM with relevant certifications such as CISSP preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills; ability to lead engineers and operate independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, monitoring and maintenance of cybersecurity infrastructure including endpoint, network security and IAM.
• Lead incident investigation and first-level response, including troubleshooting, remediation and escalation to vendors.
• Drive vulnerability management activities, including security assessments, remediation tracking and patching.
• Support security audits, compliance requirements and operational reporting by maintaining logs and security records.
• Lead and guide a team of engineers in delivering Day 1 and Day 2 operational support with IT and other stakeholders to ensure service continuity.
