Job summary

Institute of Mental Health (IMH) Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive to lead security operations, emergency preparedness, and system administration across hospital facilities. You will oversee outsourced security services, coordinate drills, and ensure compliance with MOH security requirements.

You will work with internal stakeholders, service providers, and external agencies to strengthen security posture, manage incidents, and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of physical security and security operations.
• Analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with CCTV, access control, and visitor management systems.
• Ability to perform under emergencies and high-pressure situations.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Security Operations: monitor day-to-day security operations and liaise with outsourced providers.
• Security Systems Administration: manage CCTV footage requests and access control systems; maintain security records.
• Emergency Preparedness & Security Planning: coordinate drills and review response procedures.
• Security Compliance & Audits: support audits and track corrective actions to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Security Awareness & Training: run campaigns and training sessions; maintain attendance records.
• Visitor Management System Administration: oversee AVMS operations and vendor coordination.
