Job summary

Morgan McKinley Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced Security Consultant to join the Security Architecture and Consultancy team.

You will guide project teams in secure system design, risk assessment, threat modelling, and architecture reviews across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments. You will help build enterprise security standards, AI-powered tools, and reusable frameworks to raise the security bar, working with stakeholders and senior leaders to drive secure outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of cybersecurity experience with focus on security architecture, risk assessment, and consultancy.
• Deep knowledge of security architecture principles across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Strong understanding of risk management methods, threat modelling techniques, and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with Singapore Government security policies (IM8, CCoP) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with AI security concepts and deployment implications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement, able to present complex security concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Engage project teams as trusted security advisor for secure design across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.
• Conduct in-depth security architecture reviews and provide actionable remediation.
• Advise on security design patterns across cloud, application, IAM, data protection, and AI deployments.
• Perform structured threat modelling and risk assessments to translate findings into business impact.
• Develop and maintain enterprise security standards and baselines aligned with policies and threat landscape.
• Assess security posture of AI/ML systems and guide secure AI deployment and guardrails.
