Job summary

UNISYNC SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Security Consultant to join our Security Architecture and Consultancy team.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding project teams in designing secure systems and making sound security decisions throughout the project lifecycle. You will advise on secure design across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments, perform threat modeling, risk assessments, and develop security patterns and standards aligned with government policies and AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field.
• Minimum 9 years of cybersecurity experience in security architecture, risk assessment and consultancy.
• Deep knowledge of security architecture in cloud, on-premises and hybrid environments.
• Strong understanding of risk management methodologies, threat modelling and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with Singapore Government security policies and frameworks (IM8, CCoP).
• Familiarity with AI security concepts and ML deployments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple engagements, and deliver quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Advise on secure system design and solutioning across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Conduct security architecture reviews and prioritize remediation recommendations.
• Guide teams on security design patterns in cloud, app security, IAM, and data protection.
• Perform threat modeling to identify threats and propose mitigations.
• Carry out risk assessments and translate findings into business impacts.
• Develop and maintain security design patterns and enterprise standards.
• Assess AI/ML system security across the model lifecycle and recommend controls.
• Advise on secure AI deployment, guardrails, and incident response considerations.
• Evaluate third-party AI services and LLM integrations for data residency and supply chain risks.
• Create AI-powered tools and workflows to improve efficiency in threat modelling and reviews.
