Job summary

Consult is seeking an experienced Security Consultant to join our Security Architecture and Consultancy team in Singapore. You will guide project teams on secure system design, risk assessment, threat modelling, and architecture reviews throughout the project lifecycle.

You will develop enterprise security standards and AI-powered tooling to raise the security bar across the organisation, covering cloud, on‑prem, and hybrid environments. Strong communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Minimum 9 years of relevant cybersecurity experience.
• Deep knowledge of security architecture principles and practices across cloud, application security, IAM, and data protection.
• Familiarity with Singapore Government policies IM8 and CCoP; experience with government agencies is advantageous.
• Certifications such as CISM, CRISC, CISSP preferred and AWS CCSP/CSA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage project teams as a trusted security advisor across cloud, on‑premises and hybrid environments.
• Conduct security architecture reviews and provide remediation recommendations.
• Advise on security design patterns for cloud, application security, IAM, and data protection.
• Perform threat modelling and risk assessments for systems and applications.
• Develop AI security tools, patterns, and automation to raise security standards.
• Define guardrails and incident response considerations for AI deployments.
