USER EXPERIENCE RESEARCHERS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced security advisor to lead architecture reviews and risk assessments across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.

You will shape secure designs, implement threat modelling, and guide teams on best practices for IAM, data protection, and AI security. The role requires eight+ years in cybersecurity, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• 8+ years in cybersecurity with focus on architecture, risk assessment, and security consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, on-premises, and hybrid security domains.
• Familiarity with AI security concepts and compliant frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Engage project teams as security advisor across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.
• Conduct in-depth security architecture reviews and prioritize remediation.
• Advise on design patterns and best practices for security domains.
• Perform structured threat modelling to identify threats and mitigations.
• Conduct risk assessments translating findings into business impact.
• Develop security design patterns for cloud, IAM, data protection, and AI deployments.
• Maintain enterprise security standards and baselines across domains.
• Assess AI/ML security across model lifecycle and deployments.
• Advise on secure deployment of AI systems with guardrails and oversight.
• Evaluate third-party AI services and LLM integrations for risk.
• Develop AI-powered tools to enhance security consultancy processes.
• Collaborate to identify repetitive tasks and prototype AI-assisted automation.
