Job summary

Apple South Asia Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test to join IdMS, building and automating tests for iOS, macOS, and Web platforms. You will design test plans, develop automation frameworks, and relentlessly pursue higher quality across dynamic product areas.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software, improve testing efficiency, and help shape testing strategies for next-generation identity management features.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in Software Development/Quality Engineering.
• Strong passion for quality assurance in software, including automation.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Swift and/or Python.
• Excellent knowledge of test methodologies from unit to exploratory testing.
• Experience building automated UI and non-UI tests for iOS, macOS, Web, Android and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Defining, implementing, and evolving automated test frameworks and CI performance.
• Identify gaps in test plans and close them with scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Drive quality initiatives and advocate for quality in the software development process.
• Be self-motivated with strong communication to collaborate in a team.
• Work cross-functionally to deliver high-quality products.
