Job summary

Qualifications
- PhD in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Translational Medicine, or related field.
- Extensive experience in research programme leadership and strategy.
- Proven success securing competitive research funding and grants.
- Strong record of publications and impactful research.
- Excellent leadership, communication, writing, and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Scientific Leadership: Provide strategic scientific guidance and oversight for ongoing and emerging research initiatives.
- Programme Development: Identify, evaluate, and develop new research opportunities, initiatives, and collaborative projects.
- Grant Development: Lead the preparation of competitive grant applications and contribute to research funding strategies.
- Partnerships & Collaboration: Build and strengthen collaborations with academic, clinical, industry, and research partners.
- Mentorship & Research Excellence: Mentor researchers and contribute to scientific publications, programme reviews, and stakeholder engagement activities.
