Qualifications

• Education: PhD in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Translational Medicine, or related discipline.
• Research Leadership: Extensive experience in research programme leadership, scientific strategy, and project development.
• Funding Track Record: Demonstrated success in securing competitive research funding and developing grant proposals.
• Scientific Achievement: Strong record of scientific publications and impactful research contributions.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, scientific writing, and collaboration-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic scientific guidance and oversight for ongoing and emerging research initiatives.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop new research opportunities, initiatives, and collaborative projects.
• Lead the preparation of competitive grant applications and contribute to research funding strategies.
• Build and strengthen collaborations with academic, clinical, industry, and research partners.
• Mentor researchers and contribute to scientific publications, programme reviews, and stakeholder engagement activities.
