Job summary

EtonHouse International Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Operations Executive to oversee school operations, central kitchen activities and selected projects.

The role blends on-site collaboration with HQ to address facilities, safety, and vendor management across a portfolio of schools in Singapore. You will drive planning through implementation, build project plans, and support continuity, improvements and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in facilities, school operations, property management or a similar environment.
• Experience in education/preschool or international school setting is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Singapore regulatory requirements and liaising with authorities/service providers.
• Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving skills with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of schools on operational matters, liaising between schools and HQ.
• Conduct regular school visits to follow up on operational issues and safety matters.
• Coordinate with Principals and HQ on facilities, safety and service providers.
• Assist with school openings, relocations, renovations and other projects.
• Develop understanding of Singapore preschool regulations (ECDA) through on‑the‑job exposure and training.
• Support Central Kitchen operations and cross-functional coordination on food service.”
• Lead selected projects assigned by the Director of Operations and management.
• Review processes to improve efficiency and maintain SOPs, trackers and reports.
• Assist with procurement, vendor evaluation and contract administration.
