Job summary

CUTECH QUALITY SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Project Scheduler in Singapore to coordinate on-site and manage contractor schedules, integrating them into the client master programme using Primavera P6.

You will lead progress verification, analyse critical paths and interfaces, and prepare programme reports while flagging interface and handover risks between packages; airport project experience and 4D BIM integration are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 to 10 years' relevant experience in large-scale construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Civil & Structural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 4D BIM programme integration experience strongly preferred.
• Airport project experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of time-related contractual provisions, including EOT principles.
• Able to integrate EDMS (such as Project Wise) outputs into Primavera P6.
• Expert-level Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong communication and structured programme-presentation skills.

• Independent assessment of contractor schedules, integration into the client master programme, progress verification, critical-path & interface analysis and programme reporting using Primavera P6.
• Proactively identify, flag and elevate interface/handover risks between packages.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 7 to 10 years' relevant experience, preferably large-scale construction projects within a main contractor or EPC environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Civil &Structural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 4D BIM programme integration experience strongly preferred.
• Airport project experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of time-related contractual provisions, including EOT principles.
• Advanced Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables), able to integrate EDMS (such as Project Wise) outputs into Primavera P6.
• Expert-level Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong communication and structured programme-presentation skills.
