Job summary

H.K.L. Scaffolding & Formwork Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to oversee scaffolding and formwork projects from tender to completion. You will coordinate with clients, main contractors and internal teams, review drawings, plan resources and monitor costs to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role emphasizes strong client relationships, commercial awareness and the ability to identify new business opportunities while maintaining safety standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in construction/project management.
• Experience in scaffolding, formwork, or temporary works is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage scaffolding and formwork projects from tender through to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, main contractors, subcontractors, consultants and internal teams.
• Review drawings, specifications, project requirements and site conditions.
• Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, equipment and logistics.
• Monitor project progress, costs and contractual requirements.
• Manage variations, claims, quotations and other commercial matters.
• Resolve technical and operational issues to ensure timely, safe delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and industry contacts.
• Identify new projects and generate leads to build a pipeline.
