Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in construction-related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant construction project management experience.
• Strong site management, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Willing to work across different project sites in Singapore.
• Prepared for long hours and demanding site conditions.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from planning to completion under tight deadlines.
• Oversee contractors, subcontractors, workers and daily site operations.
• Work in demanding environments involving prolonged standing, outdoor work, heat, dust, noise and physically challenging site conditions.
• Handle multiple urgent issues such as project delays, manpower shortages and material issues.
• Monitor site progress and take immediate action when problems arise.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers to resolve issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore construction, workplace safety and MOM requirements.
