Job summary

EVYONIC SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors consultant to lead EC, Onboarding 2.0, and Recruiting Management implementations.

You will translate business needs into SF configurations, design onboarding workflows, and drive integration efforts with SAP HCM and middleware teams. The role requires strong project delivery skills, testing expertise, and stakeholder collaboration across HR, IT, and business units.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central.
• Hands-on in Onboarding, Recruiting Management, and related configurations.
• Experience with SF rules, workflows, triggers, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Proven experience with SAP integrations and CPI/middleware.
• Data migration, synchronization, and troubleshooting in integration projects.
• AMS, incident management, SLA/KPI experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
• Knowledge of UAT, regression, and integration testing across modules.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead SF SuccessFactors implementation, enhancement, and support across EC, Onboarding 2.0, and Recruiting.
• Translate business requirements into functional SF solutions and configure processes.
• Design onboarding processes including rules, workflows, and lifecycle scenarios.
• Manage integrations between SF modules and SAP HCM or other apps.
• Coordinate SAP CPI/middleware integrations, data sync, and testing.
• Support end-to-end project delivery: requirements, config, migration, testing, go-live.
• Oversee incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and SLA/KPI monitoring.
• Conduct workshops, demos, and stakeholder reviews.
• Coordinate with business, HR, IT, and cross-functional teams for delivery.
• Provide functional specs, configuration docs, and operation guides.
• Plan regression, integration, system, and performance testing.
• Resolve complex functional/integration issues with SAP Support as needed.
• Support release management and ensure application readiness.
• Provide project status updates and manage risks and escalations.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to process improvements.
