Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking an SAP GRC and HANA Security Consultant to design, implement, and govern access controls across our SAP landscape. This hands-on role covers GRC, HANA security, and application security across S/4HANA, Fiori, and related platforms.

You’ll work closely with auditors and business process owners to ensure robust control design. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in SAP security, deep HANA security experience, and a track record of SOX ITGC compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP security experience, including at least 3 years with SAP GRC Access Control 10.x or 12.0.
• Hands-on SAP HANA security administration experience: roles, privileges, audit policies.
• Strong knowledge of PFCG role design, SU24, and trace-based troubleshooting.
• Experience with S/4HANA and Fiori security concepts, including catalog and space/page design.
• Experience supporting SOX ITGC or equivalent audit/compliance in SAP.
• Proven ability to remediate segregation-of-duties conflicts and design mitigations.
• Clear written and verbal communication for business and audit stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and support SAP GRC Access Control 10.1/12.0 across ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM.
• Maintain MSMP workflows, BRF+ rules, and approval paths for access requests.
• Perform risk analysis at user/role level and drive remediation with process owners.
• Administer UAR, SoD Review, and Firefighter logs; manage exceptions.
• Evaluate migration to SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance (IAG).
• Administer HANA security: roles, privileges, auditing, encryption, TLS/SSL, and SSO.
• Manage HDI container security, XSA roles, and OAuth/UAA configuration.
• Implement row/column-level security via analytic privileges and data masking.
• Design and maintain S/4HANA Fiori security and PFCG roles.
• Lead security workstreams for deployments and provide L3 incident support.
• Serve as SAP security SME for SOX ITGC and audits.
