Job summary

Freedom Consulting Inc. seeks an experienced SAP GRC Consultant to join an enterprise SAP environment. You will design, configure and implement SAP GRC solutions, integrating with SAP HR, SAP BO and Fiori, while maintaining security settings and access controls.

You will assess SoD conflicts, support SOX controls, and collaborate with ABAP and functional teams to deliver day-to-day stability and improvements across SAP landscapes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP GRC / SAP Security experience.
• Experience configuring ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM and UAR.
• Exposure to Process Control and/or Fraud Management.
• Strong understanding of SoD and access risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM, UAR).
• Support SAP GRC Process Control and Fraud Management.
• Design, configure and implement SAP GRC solutions and integrations with SAP HR, SAP BO, Fiori and non-SAP systems.
• Configure BRF+ workflows and MSMP for access requests and approvals.
• Assess SoD conflicts and implement mitigating controls.
• Support security reviews, audits and SOX-related activities.
• Maintain SAP security settings, role design and authorization concepts.
• Collaborate with ABAP and functional teams on enhancements and troubleshooting.
• Support UAT and integration testing for GRC changes.
• Manage incidents and ensure stable day-to-day operations.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced SAP GRC Consultant to join an enterprise SAP environment, supporting the design, configuration, implementation and ongoing enhancement of SAP Governance, Risk & Compliance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain SAP GRC Access Control, including ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM and UAR
• Support SAP GRC Process Control (PC) and Fraud Management (FM)
• Design, configure and implement SAP GRC solutions and integrations with SAP HR, SAP BO, Fiori and non-SAP systems
• Configure and maintain BRF+ workflows and MSMP for access requests and approvals
• Assess Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts and implement appropriate mitigating controls
• Support security reviews, audits and compliance assessments, including SOX-related activities
• Maintain SAP security settings, role design and authorization concepts across SAP landscapes
• Work closely with functional and ABAP teams on enhancements, troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Support UAT and integration testing for GRC changes
• Manage incidents, troubleshoot system issues and ensure stable day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For:

• Hands-on experience with SAP GRC / SAP Security
