Job summary

Tech Data, a TD SYNNEX Company, is seeking a SAP Business Analyst (Functional) to lead the SAP landscape in Singapore. The role partners with finance, supply chain, sales operations and customer service to translate requirements into SAP solutions and drive adoption across the organization.

You will run requirement workshops, document specifications, and oversee testing, cutover, and post-go-live support, ensuring high-quality analysis and user support.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of IT or business analysis experience.
• Minimum three years of direct SAP experience.
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMP or SAP are desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for SAP process and system questions across business units.
• Lead workshops, process walkthroughs and interviews to map current work and identify improvements.
• Develop functional specifications, process maps and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and sign-off with business users.
• Support data migration and cleansing with mapping rules and validation checks.
• Plan readiness for releases including documentation, training and hypercare.
• Guide analytics and templates to ensure consistent documentation across projects.
