Job summary

Korindo Energy (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly driven Sales Support Executive to join our team in Singapore.

The role focuses on preparing quotations, coordinating with logistics and finance, and ensuring timely order fulfillment for aftersales parts and services. The ideal candidate possesses at least a Diploma or higher, a minimum of 3 years in sales support or engineering, and strong Excel skills with SAP experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma (in any discipline) or higher is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support coordination and/or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and tender submissions on aftersales parts and service.
• Generate purchase orders and coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance) to ensure smooth sales orders fulfillment.
• Support warranty claims or service coordination when needed.
• Assist in preparing price comparisons and cost calculations when required.
• Monitor and update status of sales quotes and proposals to all key stakeholders.
• Perform other assigned tasks or duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and tender submissions on aftersales parts and service.
• Generate purchase orders and coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance) to ensure smooth sales orders fulfillment.
• Support warranty claims or service coordination when needed.
• Assist in preparing price comparisons and cost calculations when required.

Required Skills & Experience:

• MUST be very proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• MUST have dual exposure in purchasing and customer sales.
• Experience in SAP is a plus.
• Possess good communication skills to liaise with the suppliers/customers.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Well organized and meticulous.
• Able to start work within short notice.
• Evidence of ‘Right to Work in Singapore’.
