Job summary

Talent Titans Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Sales Support Executive to drive quotations, proposals and tender documents for energy and marine solutions.

You will raise purchase orders, coordinate with logistics and finance to fulfil orders, and support warranty claims while maintaining clear communication with suppliers and customers. The role requires strong Excel skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales support coordination or engineering environments.
• Hands-on experience in purchasing and customer-facing sales support.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills; SAP experience is a plus.
• Good communication, organised, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Salary: SGD 3,000 – 4,500 per month

What you will do

• Prepare quotations, proposals and tender documents for aftersales spare parts and service, then follow them up
• Raise purchase orders and work with logistics and finance to get sales orders fulfilled on time
• Help with warranty claims and service coordination when needed
• Put together price comparisons and cost calculations to support pricing decisions
• Track the status of quotes and proposals and keep the sales team and other stakeholders updated
• Take on other ad-hoc duties as assigned

What you will bring

• Diploma (any discipline) or higher
• At least 3 years of experience in sales support coordination and/or an engineering environment
• Hands-on experience in both purchasing and customer-facing sales support (must have)
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (must have)
• SAP experience is an advantage
• Good communication skills for dealing with suppliers and customers
• Organised and meticulous, and able to work independently under pressure
• Available to start at short notice
• Must have the right to work in Singapore
